Run for the Board?

It’s that time of the year! The Troy Community Food Co-op will be scheduling an annual meeting on Tuesday, January 29 (January 31 as a snow date) for member-owners, numbering 452 as of January 3. The highlight of the meeting will be an opportunity to meet candidates for 3 board positions. Running again will be current board members, Wayne Metsch, President; and Stephannie Stoyle, Community Outreach Chair. The Co-op has one open position and encourages anyone from among the member/owners to step forward and throw their hats in the ring. Include a short candidate’s statement to: info@troyfoodcoop.com so we can post it on the website and the voting members can get a chance to know you. We are in an exciting and intense phase of development, so the commitment must be absolute. This is an historic opportunity to help bring a vitally-needed service to Troy.
