Food and Film Festival

The Troy Community Food Cooperative and Troy Cinema and Visual Arts Group are sponsoring a Food and Film Festival in Troy, New York on Saturday, June 28 in Barker Park, from 1:00-5:00 p.m.The festival will continue at the Arts Center of the Capital Region, 265 River St., from 7:00-9:00 p.m., with a series of short films shot by local artists featuring FOOD from growth to consumption.

The Troy Food and Film Festival will be a family and interactive event that celebrates our many opportunities to eat seasonally, healthfully, pleasurably and sustainably.

Events at the Troy Food and Film Festival will include:

· Informational and interactive displays by organizations and businesses

· Cooking Demonstrations by guest chefs

· Live Music, Kid’s Activities, Great Food

· Original short films by local artists celebrating the joy of food
